Top markets on the Sunshine Coast

Your Coolum Beach holiday not only gives you days of warm sunny weather and beautiful glistening beaches – but there are so many great markets for you to explore – just a stone’s throw away from your Coolum resort.

Coolum Twilight Markets – Hosted by the Lions Club of Coolum and held every year from late November through to mid-January at Tickle Park, on Friday nights from 4 to 8pm. With over 80 stalls, this is a great place to find those hand crafted Christmas gifts - jewellery, leather goods and skin care products. Have a massage or let loose and try body art. 

Salty Saturday Markets - Held on the 2nd Saturday from 1pm to 7pm in Jack Morgan Park with live music, free entertainment, delicious food, and supporting local artisans. Bring your family and friends for a fun afternoon in the park and enjoy the sea, salt and sun in Coolum!

Sunshine Coast Collective Markets - A Sunday morning that is full of fun for all ages! It is a collective of local Sunshine Coast designers, musicians, artists, foodies, creators, vintage wares and lifestyle lovers. No mass produced or cheap imported products. Coolum Primary School, Barns Lane, 2nd and 4th Sunday of each monthly from 8am to 12noon.

Eumundi Markets – 23km from Coolum on Memorial Drive, every Wednesday and Saturday morning. There is a huge market with lots of live music, handmade furniture, various artists, clothing, fresh fruit and vegies, breads, cheeses and lots of great street food. This is the best craft market on the Sunshine Coast.

Noosa Farmers Markets – 20km north at the Noosa Australian Rules Football Club on Weyba Rd, is the hugely popular Farmer’s Markets, every Sunday morning between 7am and 12noon.

Noosa Marina Markets - Popular for their local art, craft and produce stalls, as well as live entertainment from 8am to 2pm every Sunday.

Peregian Beach Markets – Every 1st and 3rd Sunday in front of the Surf Club from 7am to 12.30pm and just 6km north of Coolum at the Beach. Great for recycled or hand crafted wares and organic and fair trade products. Also lots of home cooked foods and fresh produce – have a massage and enjoy the live music which regularly turns into an impromptu afternoon of entertainment on the beach.

Caloundra – A little further away (40km south of Coolum) are the Caloundra Twilight Markets occurring on the last Friday of each month with street food, live music and artisan stalls. The Caloundra Street Fair is every Sunday from 8am to 1pm and known as the 'best street market on the Sunshine Coast'. The Arthur Street Country Markets are held every Sunday at Caloundra Rugby Union Club from 7am to 12noon with fresh fruit and vegies, homemade cooking, cakes, jams and more.

Yandina Country Markets – Just 20km west of Coolum Beach, every Saturday from 6am to 12noon. Lots of bric-a-brac, plants, second-hand treasures, collectables, spices and fresh produce. A must!
