What type of accommodation do you offer?
- We offer a range of stylish and modern holiday apartments and luxurious villas, all fully equipped for your comfort.

Where are you located?
- We are ideally situated in the heart of Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast. We are within easy walking distance of beautiful beaches (just across the foreshore park!), local shops (including Coles and Dan Murphy's right across the road!), cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. The bus stop is conveniently located right at our entrance. Everything is a flat, easy walk, so you can park the car and explore with ease!

What are your check-in/check-out times?
- Check-in time is typically from 2:00 PM. We will also notify you via SMS when your apartment is ready, which is often earlier than 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time is usually by 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out may be available subject to availability (charges apply). Please contact us to enquire.
- Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific times.

Do you offer parking?
- Yes, we offer secure gated basement parking for guests, with lift access to the apartments and stair access to the villas. There is also visitor parking available.

Is there lift access to apartments?
- Yes, all apartments have direct lift access from the carpark to each floor. The villas have internal staircase access from the basement to each villa, please keep this in mind for accessibility needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Low Season: Deposit: 1 night's accommodation due at the time of booking, balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: 100% accommodation fee applies if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Mid-Season (all Winter and Spring school holidays): Deposit: 1 night's accommodation due at the time of booking, balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: 100% accommodation fee applies if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Peak Season (all Christmas holidays and Easter long weekends): Please contact us directly for peak season cancellation policies.
