Terms and Conditions

Please be advised of the following terms and conditions. Deposits are payable upon booking by either Mastercard, Visa, American Express or direct deposit.


In the event that you might have to cancel your booking our cancellation policy is as follows:


STANDARD RATE PLAN

Low season:

Deposit: 1 night accommodation due at the time of booking, balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation: 100% accommodation fee applies if booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.

Mid-season (All Winter and Spring school holidays)

Deposit: 1 night accommodation due at the time of booking, balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: 100% accommodation fee applies if booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Peak season (14/4/22 -18/4/22; 21/12/22 - 31/1/23 – all Christmas holidays and Easter long weekends)

Deposit: 1 night accommodation due at the time of booking, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: 100% accommodation fee applies if booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

  • All linen is included in the tariff (excluding pool towels)
  • All apartments are self-contained and are serviced weekly for stays of longer than 7 days
  • Pool towels are available to hire at a cost of $5 per towel for the duration of your stay
  • A basic starter pack of toiletries and condiments is provided on arrival and is not replenished during your stay
  • There is no refund for early departure
  • Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit prices will not be altered
  • While we will try our hardest to meet requests, apartment preferences cannot be guaranteed
  • Guests must be aged 18 years or older when making a booking
  • Photographic identification may be required on check-in
  • A pre-authorisation of $250 may be taken on your credit card on check-in
  • We have a  no-party policy. Guests are asked to refrain from making noise after 10pm.
  • Accommodation must not be used for any unlawful purpose
  • All apartments and villas are individually furnished and photographs shown in promotional material / websites are indicative only and all apartments vary.
  • Please read our cancellation policies carefully. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
